Hallbyggarna-Jonsereds as the name of the company

Two well-known companies, Hallbyggarna i Falun AB and Jonsereds Miljösystem AB were amalgamated in 2003. Since both companies were well-known and had a good reputation, Hallbyggarna-Jonsereds was created as a trade name and was used in marketing. The name of the legal person was NSS Sverige AB, however.

Hallbyggarna-Jonsereds as the name of the legal person

In the spring of 2009, the company changed its registered name to Hallbyggarna-Jonsereds AB. This was to avoid the confusion that sometimes arose about the company's name. Nothing else was changed, and Hallbyggarna-Jonsereds will continue to be part of the NSS Group (Nordic Shelter Solution), which is based in the Nordic area.

In the fall of the 2009 Hallbyggarna-Jonsereds AB created a secondary name for there international affairs, the name is NSS International.
