Anchoring
The halls are normally anchored by by earth spikes.
If the condition or composition of the ground does not allow for anchoring as above, or if the size or function of the hall calls so requires, the halls are anchored to prefabricated concrete elements or a concrete foundation poured in situ.
Dehumidifiers
Many years of experience has taught us that the majority of our warehouse hall customers benefit from dehumidifying equipment. Maintaining the quality of your stocked goods depends on the quality of the dehumidifying equipment, which is why we retain the services of the world's leading supplier of this technology - Munters. The dehumidifier is adapted to each individual warehouse and its geographic and climatic conditions to ensure optimal performance.
How it works:
The core of the dehumidifiers is Munter's sorption rotor which revolves at around ten revolutions per hour. The part of the rotor currently in the working zone absorbs humidity from the air being ducted into the warehouse. In the regeneration zone, hot air is blown over the rotor surface, evaporating the absorbed water. The moist air is then expelled from the building. Dehumidification and regeneration is controlled by a dehumidifier ensuring that the right climate is maintained. The dehumidifier operates without problems even in sub-zero temperatures

Our halls can be supplied in a variety of colour schemes, such as the Swedish traditional red & white cottage style or according to any scheme requested by the customer. We can also custom design the halls with your logotype or other advertizing print. Our nine standard colours are shown below.

Doors
The halls can be supplied with walk-in doors, emergency exits and entrance doors. The size and model is adapted to your needs.
Gates
We provide gate/door solutions according to the specific needs of each hall installation. We supply sliding and folding doors with or without remote actuation.
We have collaborated with Crawford and Prido for many years, ensuring the highest quality and timely delivery.

Heating
Insulated halls can be equipped with radiative heating elements or heated fans that can be used either individually or in combination.
Inner canvas
The halls can be equipped with an inner canvas sheeting providing basic insulation and protection from condensation.
Insulation
Halls equipped with inner canvas sheeting can be provided with further insulation. We use Savaflor insulation with a thickness of 10.5 cm. This provides a U-value of 0.5. Savaflor is a polyester fiber material which provides excellent insulation while being fully recyclable and environment-friendly.
Lighting
The halls can be provided with lighting. Anything from general lighting to more exclusive solutions, depending on your specific needs.
